We had a really great day. At our BITC event, there were 50 volunteers from local businesses (including staff from ITV Westcountry) who all got stuck in to clearing an area of woodland at Saltram House near Plymouth.

At our CSV beach clean we had over 200 volunteers who spread themselves along Mountbatten and Jenny Cliff beaches. We had dozens of young people and children with their families – we even had a couple who were on their honeymoon turn up to lend a hand, and an underwater scuba team who cleaned under the sea!
